Copeland, a global leader in climate technologies, is seeking a seasoned testing engineer to lead their engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing engineering, including leadership in developing testing systems, and a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant impacts in energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emissions while being part of a diverse and inclusive environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of testing engineering experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in designing and developing testing systems.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.

Join Our Team

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of testing engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in designing and developing testing systems (hardware and software).
• Familiarity with tools such as LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C++, or similar.
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing technologies (SMT, PCBA, final integration).
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced English proficiency is essential.
