Emerson is seeking a machining supervisor in Mexico to oversee a shift, verify material processing, manage the workforce, and ensure alignment with production schedules.

You will monitor progress, report irregularities, and drive improvements using data analysis while upholding KPIs and 5S+1 standards. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required to collaborate across departments and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the machining area.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficient with MS Office and Oracle.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, teamwork and negotiation skills.

• Ensure the execution of the production schedule released by Production Control.

• Promote and drive compliance with 5S+1 standards within the department.

• Intermediate English
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
• Leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and negotiation skills

Knowledge:

Required: Knowledge of machining processes for iron and aluminum cast parts, use of measuring equipment, blueprint reading and interpretation, knowledge of cutting tools, lathes, milling machines, and conventional machining equipment

Preferred: Lean Manufacturing knowledge

Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Machining area.
