QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance, or industrial manufacturing.

• Clear communication and classroom management skills.
• Previous teaching or workforce training experience is a plus.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: We are hiring a knowledgeable and organized professional to lead our Intro to
Mechanical Assembly course. The instructor will teach students how to assemble mechanical
components with precision and an understanding of technical instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate and supervise mechanical assembly techniques.
• Teach students how to follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions.
• Ensure student adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide feedback and support to learners of varying skill levels.
