Una importante empresa de retail busca un Subgerente de tienda con experiencia en el sector. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 2 años de experiencia verificable en retail, habilidades de liderazgo y será responsable de la gestión de KPI's y desarrollo del equipo. Formación

  • 2 años o más de experiencia verificable en retail.

Required profile:

  • Experience in retail - essential 2 years or more verifiable.
  • Completed high school or truncated university.
  • Living a maximum of 1 hour from the work area.
  • Leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Effective communication with customers and work team.
  • Domain of KPI's Retail CONVERSIÓN, UPT, ATV, AUR (essential to continue with the process).

Job mission:

  • Analysis and management of KPI's (CONVERSIÓN, UPT, ATV, AUR).
  • Customer capture, operational execution, personnel administration, and visual presentation of the store.
  • Propose strategies necessary to achieve results.
  • Development and training of the work team.
  • Handling values according to the established process.
  • Efficient management of all merchandise, from shipping to sales floor.
