What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. Serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, vendor resources and customers. Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf.
- Order Processing: process routine/smaller orders by reviewing POs for accuracy, freight terms, pricing, specifications, etc. Resolve discrepancies prior to entry; enter sales orders into Arrow ERP. Review backlog to balance cost, delivery, and vendor availability.
- Customer Service and Service Requests: meet customer service agreements; respond to inquiries; document requests in ERP; decide to accept/reject based on guidelines.
- Backlog Management, Billing and Resolution of vendor invoice discrepancies and claims: manage open backlog; research and resolve variances in price, quantity, freight, tax, etc.
- May manage customer quotes in line with strategies and order management.

- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or high school with equivalent related experience.
- Has knowledge/skills through training or work experience; works under supervision; identifies problems and makes sound decisions.

Role Requirements
- Titulación en Administración, Ciencias de la Salud o similar
- 5 años de experiência como Consultor de Ventas, manejo de productos de alta especialidad (preferred)
- Experiência en sector privado
