The Anglo Foundation in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, seeks an Academic Coordinator to foster a positive learning experience by monitoring and enhancing teachers' academic quality and service delivery, with the aim of promoting student re-enrollment and supporting the foundation's mission.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in English Language Teaching, mandatory English proficiency at C1/C2, a certification in English teaching methodology, and experience in academic coordination and teaching.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching or related field.
5 years of English teaching experience and 2 years in academic coordination.
Mandatory certification in English language teaching methodology.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), Cambridge English certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

Faculty management and development, including onboarding and professional development.
Academic supervision through classroom observations, lesson plan reviews, and feedback.
Student monitoring and retention via progress and attendance analysis.
Operational planning with scheduling, faculty assignment, and incident management.
Quality assurance by analyzing student experience data and quality reports for improvements.
