About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical service and support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues to stabilize and optimize customer networks, as well as configuring and integrating various nodes and solutions in both new and existing customer networks.

The Support Engineer interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also collaborate with teams in sales, R&D, third-party suppliers, and local authorities.

This role requires continuous technical development to keep your skills up to date. You should possess broad knowledge in telecom and datacom, including hardware, software, and network expertise. The position involves working in an international environment, often requiring independent work and a high level of responsibility.

What You Will Do

  1. Work on 3G/4G/5G technology, Packet Core Network
  2. Perform trace analysis using Wireshark
  3. Problem-solving and root cause analysis
  4. Handle customer issues effectively
  5. Apply negotiation and argumentation skills
  6. Plan and organize tasks efficiently
  7. Deliver results and meet customer expectations
  8. Present and communicate effectively
  9. Collaborate with team members
  10. Apply technical expertise and knowledge

You will bring

  1. Last year students in Communications, Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, or related fields graduating in June 2024
  2. Excellent English communication skills
  3. Solid understanding of networking concepts
  4. Basic Linux knowledge
  5. Programming skills, scripting, Python knowledge is a plus
  6. Experience leading university projects is a plus
  7. Basic cloud computing knowledge
