About This OpportunityWe are seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate various nodes and solutions within new and existing customer networks.
The Support Engineer interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also collaborate with sales, R&D, third-party suppliers, and local authorities.
Technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously updating your skills and knowledge.
This role requires broad telecom and datacom knowledge, including hardware, software, and networking. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. The role often involves significant responsibility and requires the ability to work independently.
What You Will Do- Work with 3G/4G/5G technology, Packet Core Network
- Perform trace analysis using Wireshark
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Handle customer issues
- Develop negotiation and communication skills
- Plan and organize tasks effectively
- Deliver results and meet customer expectations
- Present and communicate effectively
- Collaborate with team members
- Apply technical expertise and technology
You Will Bring- Last-year students in Communications, Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, or related fields, graduating in June 2024
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Programming, scripting, and Python skills are a plus
- Experience leading university projects is a plus
- Basic cloud knowledge
