Your primary objective will be to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The Student Coordinator in Polanco is mainly responsible for selling our programs and connecting with customers through various channels, including phone, face-to-face, online, and social media (note: this is not cold calling).

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Generation: Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients interested in language courses abroad.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions based on our offerings.
  3. Consultative Selling: Use your sales expertise to engage with prospective clients, offering personalized advice and recommendations to match their language learning goals.
  4. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our courses, destinations, and related services, staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
  5. Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
  6. International Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various countries and cultural backgrounds to share best practices and deliver a consistent global experience.
  7. Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, striving for success in a dynamic environment.
  8. Lead Generation: Participate in events to build brand awareness and attract customers, including stands, fairs, and presentations at schools and universities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment; experience in education/travel or selling intangible services is a plus.
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • International experience (living, working, or studying abroad) is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and flexibility, including occasional weekend shifts.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with sales and CRM tools to manage leads and track KPIs.

Success in this role is measured by achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and other KPIs related to calls, visits, online meetings, and more. We invite new talent to join our team, have fun, and help others plan the best time of their lives studying languages with EF abroad!
