Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II (Structural) to support manufacturing process flow and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create work plans, MBOMs, and routines for new programs, leveraging CAD tools and GD&T knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of manufacturing experience, strong English, and a proven ability to develop visual aids, Power BI dashboards, and RCCA-driven problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and GD&T concepts.
• Ability to work in a team and improve manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate actions to increase productivity and improve processes.
• RCCA investigation and prompt action to resolve issues.
• Create work plan/MBOM for new programs and update routines.
• Provide feedback to the First Article System and SOPs.
• Develop electrical visual aids and manufacturing concepts.
• Investigate design issues via STR and perform RCCA.
