Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Experience with RCCA and problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing concepts and GD&T.
• Proficiency in CAD/GD&T and visual aids; Power BI a plus.
• Technical English written and spoken (80%+).

Responsibilities

• Investigate DMTs/DI/DR via RCCA and take prompt action.
• Create work plan and BOM for new programs; update routines.
• Prepare work routines for MRRs and supervise project tasks.
• Coordinate and supervise actions to boost productivity.
• Provide feedback to First Article System and improve standards.
• Utilize Catia V4/V5, ERP, Power BI, and CAD tools effectively.
