Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II (Structural) to support process flow and continuous improvement in the assembly environment.

The role emphasizes RCCA-driven problem solving, BOM/WO creation, GD&T proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize manufacturing standards and ensure quality compliance.

Experience in CATIA/Autocad and data tools like Power BI is highly valued; English proficiency is required for cross-border coordination.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4 years of manufacturing experience.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and GD&T.
Experience with RCCA, BOM/WO creation, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in CAD tools and data visualization software.

Mansioni

Coordinate and supervise actions that increase productivity and improve processes.
Manage RCCA to solve problems and drive root cause analyses.
Create work plans, BOMs, red lines, WOAs and update work routines.
Provide feedback to the First Article System and SOPs for electrical products.
Develop visual aids (IWI's, GUL's, MMT, etc.) and support cross‑functional teams.
Engage in project administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
