Construction Specialties, Inc. is seeking an engineering leader to drive innovation and new product development aligned with strategic goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, produce tangible increments, and ensure rapid production readiness and commercialization.

The role requires strong knowledge of construction products, building codes, and experience coaching operations. Expect collaboration across CS locations and a focus on high-quality prototype reporting.

Formación

• B.S. Degree in Engineering; M.S. preferred with 3–5 years of related experience.
• EIT certification required; P.E. license preferred or achievable within 1 year.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and AHJ relationships.
• Engineering focus on product development and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to coach manufacturing operations and solve technical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead New Product Development initiatives to production readiness.
• Review, sign, and seal engineering plans per codes and regs.
• Drive cross-functional teams across CS locations to deliver prototypes.
• Conduct trials, tests, and develop detailed prototype reports.
• Develop drawings, calculations, and specifications for client needs.
• Provide guidance on manufacturing processes and lean practices.
