Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior Repair Engineer to perform aircraft stress analysis for metallic structures and develop repair solutions to ensure airworthiness. You will prepare maintenance publications and SRMs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support fleet integrity.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in repair engineering and 2+ years in Damage Tolerance Analysis, plus advanced English skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Repair Engineering focused on aircraft structural repairs.
• 3-5 years in Stress Engineering in aerospace or aviation.
• At least 2 years hands-on Damage Tolerance Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Perform aircraft stress analysis for metallic structures (static strength, durability, damage tolerance).
• Develop, review, and validate structural repair solutions for airworthiness based on standards.
• Prepare and update technical documentation (SRM, maintenance publications).
• Generate and review stress analysis reports for repair designs and damage limits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support fleet maintenance and structural integrity.
