This role involves executing and crafting restaurant strategies while ensuring alignment across various teams. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in strategy, strong project management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Formación

• 8+ years experience in strategy and planning or business analytics.
• 3+ years experience as a people manager.
• Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to create and execute the restaurant strategy for Mexico.
• Implement the full life cycle of restaurant campaigns.
• Work closely with restaurant partners to define promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to craft value propositions.
• Develop 360° campaign strategies.
• Partner with operations and product teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
