Formación

  • At least 4 years of experience in brand strategy or communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the long-term strategic vision for the brand, identifying growth opportunities and differentiation.
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, competitor studies, and deep consumer immersion to discover actionable insights that inform strategy.
  • Translate insights into clear, compelling, and effective communication and marketing strategies that address client business challenges and connect with target audiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, presenting strategies persuasively and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Create inspiring creative briefs and guide the creative process to ensure ideas align with strategy and client objectives.
  • Define success metrics, monitor campaign performance, and recommend data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in marketing, technology, and consumer behavior to propose innovative and disruptive solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in brand strategy, communication strategy, or strategic planning within an advertising agency, consultancy, or relevant client role.
  • Proven experience working with mass consumer brands, ideally in personal care or home sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Strong research, data analysis, and synthesis skills to generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced (fluent) English skills in speaking and writing are essential.
  • Knowledge of market research tools and data analysis platforms is a plus.
