The Strategy Enablement Associate role is a vital part of our Product Strategy Enablement team, responsible for designing, maintaining, and developing compelling storytelling enablement assets for internal and external customers. This involves collaborating closely with our product development teams, including User Experience designers and developers, to create assets for Human Capital Management and Supply Chain Management products that highlight their business value.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to stay updated on Redwood design development plans and incorporate changes into enablement assets.
• Participate in enablement sessions and UX meetings to stay informed about deadlines and priorities.
• Create storytelling assets that demonstrate the business value of our products and upcoming features.
• Perform moderate problem solving, understanding company policies, and suggesting improvements.
• Propose visual and artwork changes to enhance enablement assets.
• Support enablement sessions to help internal customers understand new messaging and content.

This role requires working across different time zones, so strong time management and excellent English communication skills are essential. We seek a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a collaborative spirit willing to align across teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

• BSc or MSc in a creative or media-related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Video editing skills such as Camtasia
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, APEX, mobile responsive development, and Figma is a plus
