As part of Banking practice within the agile and distributed Capability Network team, you will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in innovative ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to continuous innovation.
Bring your technological expertise and global perspective to enable banks and payment providers to thrive and be future-ready. Help us reshape the banking industry with the following initiatives:
Work closely with clients on complex problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help achieve their goals.
Lead project delivery, support process improvements, systems enhancements, user training, and software procurement.
Conduct analysis to determine the best solutions for business problems including process improvement, systems enhancement, and software procurement.
Gather data through research, interviews, and surveys, analyze business processes, draw conclusions, prepare reports, and present findings.
Interface with cross-functional client teams to manage projects, support leadership in drafting pitches, and identify new business opportunities.
Mentor team members and contribute to their professional development.
Support asset development by contributing to thought leadership, staffing, and capability building.
Estimate resource effort and manage budgets.
Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and recommendations to drive successful solutions and market growth.

Qualifications:
Must have:
MBA from a Tier-1 Business School
Experience in financial services (FS)
Consulting experience working with clients
PMO experience
System design, upgrade, or implementation experience with Temenos
Travel required to New Jersey and Mexico City
Proficiency in English
Availability to travel as needed
Nice to Have:
Banking experience, especially with core banking systems like T24
Japanese language skills
Experience working with banking clients
Spanish language skills, particularly for MUFG Mexico projects
