PwC is seeking a Strategy Consultant (Consultant/Senior Consultant) to join our team in a hybrid role based in Monterrey/CDMX. You will structure and solve problems, build analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You will develop financial models, co-create strategic roadmaps, and present findings while collaborating across Deals, Risk, Tax, and Technology teams. Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Formación

• 3–6+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.

Strategy Consultant (Consultant/Senior Consultant) – PwC

About the role PwC is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our team and help clients solve their most complex growth, profitability, and transformation challenges. You will work in cross-functional teams to structure and solve problems, develop data-driven insights, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• 3-6+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Prior experience at a consulting firm (Big 4, MBB, Tier-2, or boutique) is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability with case interview/case study-style problem solving and business case development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in one or more of: growth strategy, go-to-market, cost transformation, operating model , M&A/PMI, digital strategy, or data-driven transformation.
• Industry exposure in sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Energy, or Industrials.
• Familiarity with analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and pragmatic use of data to inform decisions.
