Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.

Formación

• 2-3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills + advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication & storytelling (English C1+).
• Structured thought process and strong ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees).
• Participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English.
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and the U.S.
