DiDi Global in Mexico City is seeking an Execution Intern to support the execution and optimization of large-scale commercial initiatives across multiple cities. You will help drive KPIs like promotional coverage and daily order growth.

Join a cross-functional team translating strategy into city-level actions, building dashboards and documentation to enable rapid decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics preferred or relevant practical experience.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data visualization (PowerBI/Looker) to create concise operational reports.
• Basic SQL or scripting (Python/R) to extract and clean data for analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate findings into practical field actions and measure impact against KPIs.
• Excellent communication to present findings to multi-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• High ownership, adaptability and bias for action demonstrated through projects or internships.

Team Overview

As an Execution Intern at DiDi, you will support the execution and optimization of large-scale commercial offering efficiency across multiple cities; your work will directly influence measurable KPIs such as promotional coverage for daily order growth, budget efficiency, and more. You will join a cross-functional Execution team that translates strategic priorities into coordinated field actions thorugh process & product improvements executed at city and regional scale.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Actions: Execute large-scale commercial initiatives and promotional offerings across multiple cities and regions

• Optimize Key Metrics: Drive measurable performance indicators, focusing on promotional coverage, daily order growth, and budget efficiency

• Translate Strategy into Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn high-level strategic priorities into actionable city-level operational plans

• Identify Process Improvements: Analyze field execution to refine processes, optimize workflows, and inform product enhancements at scale

• Build and maintain operational dashboards and process documentation: Enable rapid decision-making by managers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data for city leads

Role Qualifications

• Are currently studying bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics, or a related field is preferred but not required; strong academic performance or relevant practical experience is valued
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic data visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Looker) to manipulate datasets and create concise operational reports
• Basic comfort with SQL or scripting (Python/R) to extract and clean data for analysis is strongly preferred to support metric-driven decisions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate quantitative findings into practical field actions and to measure the impact of interventions against KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive summaries and present findings to multi-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• High sense of ownership, adaptability, and bias for action, demonstrated through prior project work, internships, or student leadership roles involving coordination across teams
