DiDi is seeking a Senior Strategy Business Partner Analyst to support strategic decision-making for DiDi Food. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, identify opportunities, and drive measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.

You will combine strong analytical capabilities with business understanding to translate complex data into clear recommendations and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; Python, R, or BI tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for turning insights into action? As a Senior Strategy Business Partner Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across DiDi Food, partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and drive measurable business impact.

Role Responsibilities

In this role you will...

• Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support key stakeholders in business decision-making.

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies across DiDi Food.

• Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics, identifying deviations from targets, underlying drivers, and opportunities for improvement.

• Own analytical workstreams within strategic projects, from problem definition and hypothesis development to analysis, recommendations, and impact measurement.

• Develop business cases, deep dives, and performance analyses to support strategic priorities and resource allocation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of initiatives and optimize processes and business performance.

• Proactively identify opportunities through data and recommend initiatives that can drive growth, efficiency, and commercial performance.

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that translate complex analyses into clear business insights and recommended actions for stakeholders.

• Track the impact of implemented initiatives and provide recommendations to continuously improve results.

Role Qualifications
