Sensata Technologies is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist in Mexico to assist leadership in defining strategic direction and long-term business plans. The role involves shaping growth strategies, analyzing markets, and guiding the implementation of new systems to deliver value and ROI.

You will collaborate across functions, manage budgets, and monitor progress of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with goals and timely execution.

Formación

• A university degree required (i.e., bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity; holds self accountable to achieving goals and standards.
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
• Ideally a strong finance background.

Responsabilidades

• Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes, managing projects from start to finish and ensuring they are executed successfully.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum.
• Manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed.
