Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, Commodity/Category Management, Engineering, or Program/Project Management.
• Strong understanding of supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives to achieve productivity targets through cost reduction, TLC analysis and financial modeling.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality and risk with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers globally, drive localization strategies and supplier development.
• Support cost-out projects and supplier transfers in collaboration with operations, engineering and central sourcing teams.
• Mitigate supplier risk by collaborating with MR production sourcing leaders and engineering.
