GE HealthCare in Monterrey seeks a senior procurement leader to negotiate optimal contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction. You will drive cost optimization and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across global suppliers, aligning with regulatory requirements and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong background in supplier management, financial modeling, and English communication, enabling effective collaboration with finance, operations, and engineering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, Commodity/Category Management, Engineering, or Program/Project Management.
• Strong understanding of supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning & cost optimization initiatives to achieve productivity targets.
• Partner with finance to forecast savings and track performance against budgets.
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, and risk across regions.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers globally, with localization strategies to reduce dependency.
• Support cost-out projects and supplier transfers to meet objectives while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supplier quality, and central sourcing teams to manage supplier risk.
