IFF is seeking a skilled procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing for direct raw materials and packaging, develop supplier strategies, and steer negotiations across a global organization. This role requires strong analytical abilities, ERP experience, and effective stakeholder management.

Based in Mexico City, the position offers opportunities to influence cost optimization and supply continuity across Health & Biosciences, with cross-functional collaboration and regional/global

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for direct materials and packaging.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations, contract management and sourcing projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, cost analysis and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing strategies for direct raw materials and packaging categories.
• Develop and manage supplier strategies, supplier portfolios and sourcing initiatives.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, contracts and supplier agreements.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for suppliers, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage sourcing events, tenders and bidding processes with commercial analysis.
• Identify, qualify and onboard new suppliers with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve supply challenges and ensure continuity.
• Gather and communicate market intelligence including pricing trends and cost drivers.
