Acuity Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Leader to partner with Category Leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic sourcing initiatives.

This role manages projects through SWAP, with spend analysis, RFx execution, supplier engagement, and commercial analysis to drive cost reduction and supply continuity. Responsibilities include leading RFx analytics, collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing on VAVE opportunities, and reporting savings performance while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across direct material categories.
• Lead RFx events and supplier engagement in GEP.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain on value engineering and cost reduction.
• Serve as Sourcing representative for reviews, reporting, and savings.
• Support SWAP processes from Spend Analysis to Contract Award.
