Avnet is seeking a Purchasing, Order Management and Logistics professional based in Mexico to align purchases with business strategies and financial goals. You will manage orders, coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and support inventory optimization across the supply chain.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, attention to detail, and the ability to mitigate risk while maintaining profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant to procurement, logistics or supply chain.
• At least 3+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics or supply chain roles.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase and manage orders to support demand, improving inventory turns.
• Track order status and ensure accurate shipping information in systems; liaise with suppliers.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to support opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehousing and carriers to ensure on-time delivery; drive process improvements.
• Manage non-conforming inventory and disposition processes; communicate status to stakeholders.
