Sanhua Mexico in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, seeks an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and procurement programs that drive cost efficiency and supply continuity. You will manage raw materials, indirects, MRO, services, and CAPEX projects, while negotiating contracts with key suppliers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing procurement, strong leadership, and fluent English (C1) to collaborate with global teams and optimize supplier

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing and strategic sourcing in manufacturing.
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and CAPEX projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing and supplier selection initiatives.
• Manage raw materials, indirect materials, MRO, services, and CAPEX procurement projects.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and procurement KPI performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support objectives.
• Develop and strengthen supplier networks across Mexico.
