You will manage raw materials, indirects, MRO, services, and CAPEX projects, while negotiating contracts with key suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing and strategic sourcing in manufacturing.
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and CAPEX projects.

At Sanhua Mexico, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.

This role is ideal for procurement professionals with a strong background in manufacturing, supplier development, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring supply continuity, driving purchasing excellence, and supporting the company's growth through effective supplier partnerships and procurement strategies.

• Lead sourcing and supplier selection initiatives
• Manage raw materials, indirect materials, MRO, services, and CAPEX procurement projects
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and procurement KPI performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives
• Develop and strengthen supplier networks across Mexico

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of purchasing and strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and CAPEX projects
• Budget management and procurement KPI reporting experience
• Advanced project management and leadership skills
• Fluent English (C1)
