The ideal candidate has 6+ years in talent acquisition, leadership experience, expertise with ATS tools and sourcing techniques, and thrives in a remote or distributed team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
