Job summary

Dauch is seeking an Analyst Projects and Fixed Assets to coordinate and control investment projects and capitalize them into Fixed Assets. You will monitor progress, compare budgets to actuals, and identify variances across schedule, cost, and scope, enabling corrective actions for informed decisions.

You will develop KPIs, prepare executive reports, and support budgets and forecasts while maintaining asset depreciation schedules and ensuring data integrity across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project control and monitoring, planning, cost management, PMO, or related areas.
• Experience preparing executive reports and analyzing performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control information related to RMC investment projects and capitalization into Fixed Assets.
• Monitor physical and financial progress; compare budgets with actual expenditures and forecasts.
• Identify variances in schedule, cost, and scope; prepare periodic project reports for management.
• Maintain KPIs, track commitments, and update depreciation schedules for assets.
• Prepare executive presentations and support budgets/forecasts updates.
