Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A/controlling in manufacturing, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a proven track record leading teams and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• MBA/CPA considered a plus.
• 5+ years in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance roles in manufacturing.

• Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Develop business cases and financial evaluations for investments and projects.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure accurate reporting.
