Jabil is seeking a Project Manager for the MMINC sector in Mexico. You will lead and implement new customer projects, drive NPI activities for SMT and DF, and coordinate with customers and Jabil sites to align requirements with production launch.

Responsibilities include defining data files for NPI, educating customers on data requirements, developing qualification plans, setting timelines, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders while managing budget and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering Discipline or equivalent external work experience.
• 3–5 years experience within Jabil operations or equivalent.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (>50%).

• Develop qualification plans for customer specific certification requirements.
• Interact with Jabil operations and global support groups to resolve issues on projects and tasks.
• Provide regular communication between the project team, sector management and customer management.
• Prioritize projects to meet overall strategy; ensure end solution is architected for success.
• Timeline management: provide reliable delivery dates; Budget management (ROI).
• Adhere to safety, health and security policies.

SUMMARY

• Improve communication and strategy definitions between the sector and corporate support groups..

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering Discipline, or equivalent external work experience, and 3-5 years experience within Jabil operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability and willingness to travel extensively (potentially > 50%).
