Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. in Reynosa is seeking a Project Manager to lead and govern strategic projects, driving operational excellence and cost optimization across the Reynosa Operations.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure governance, prioritization and timely delivery of initiatives that support KPIs and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Solid project management experience above 5 years of production and innovation projects.
• Project Management certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio management: support the project portfolio prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead high-impact projects from initiation to closure applying scope, schedule, and risk management best practices.
• Resource planning and coordination with key functions to support initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project management procedures.
• Oversee artwork and packaging processes ensuring timely approvals and alignment with branding and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure project success.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and benefits realization.
• Drive adoption of project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
