Formación

• 3-6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience owning and delivering complex projects in fast-moving or demanding environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguous challenges.
• Experience managing people, leading teams, or coordinating multiple stakeholders toward a goal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to understand problems and make decisions.

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and ML teams to improve ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to expand projects and create additional value for customers.
