Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of project controls or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of earned value management and performance measurement.
• Experience with project scheduling software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and baselines.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance trends, and identify deviations.
• Prepare and distribute project controls reports (schedule, cost, forecast).
• Support forecasting activities (revenue, cash flow, resource planning).
• Coordinate inputs for finance, contract management, and risk management.
• Facilitate earned value analysis and performance measurement reporting.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain controls systems, dashboards, and coding structures.
• Support internal/external project reviews and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controls processes.
