Brose North America Inc in Querétaro seeks a results-driven cost controller/finance professional to support acquisition and development projects, ensure profitability, and act as a commercial advisor to project teams.

You will prepare accurate project calculations, derive target costs, monitor improvements, and ensure compliance with Brose standards while communicating clearly with customers and internal partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of work experience in technical/engineering or Controlling/Finance function, in project controlling preferred experience.
• Ideally profound Controlling or Project Management knowledge and first product/process technology knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare correct, transparent and plausible project calculations in line with Brose guidelines including 4-eyes-principle.
• Derive target cost for acquisition/development projects and support identifying measures to achieve targeted cost structure.
• Evaluate and track cost improvement measures as well as customer change requests continuously.
• Monitor project profitability frequently and support identifying countermeasures in case of plan or target deviations.
• Ensure compliance of groupwide, business unit or regional specific standards and processes.
• Embody the role of a commercial advisor or business partner of the customer/project team.
• Support efficient decision-making through communicating and creating of commercial topics in a transparent, conclusive and receiver-oriented way (facts, figures, options, chances/risks etc.).
• Support business planning activities of customer team/product group through providing and analyzing relevant commercial information.
