Job summary

Brose, a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, seeks a senior manufacturing leader to build and develop a high-performance team in Querétaro. You will plan production capacity, drive improvements, and ensure on-time customer deliveries.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and optimize existing lines while maintaining safety, quality and cost controls. English fluency is required, with prior automotive experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience and 5+ years in leadership.
• English fluent.
• Strong background in automotive operations, Lean Manufacturing, KPI management, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an effective manufacturing team with recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Plan and optimize production capacity (personnel and equipment) to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials and customer demand to ensure material availability and continuity.
• Lead quality containment, analysis and corrective actions to reduce defects and complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize inventory, flows and efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental policies are followed and a safe working environment is maintained.
• Oversee logistics to meet customer delivery targets and escalate risks as needed.
