Stellantis is seeking a program buyer to coordinate between Purchasing and Program teams (Engineering / Manufacturing / Cost Engineering) for Serial Life Programs in production. You will oversee a dedicated perimeter, manage Cost Collaboration during Change Management, and align with regional NA structure reporting to the NA Cost Manager.

The role emphasizes fast-paced governance, supplier negotiations, and global collaboration to achieve cost targets and timely program milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field such as business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong regional and global relationships.
• Well organized, self-motivated, capable of managing conflict and resourceful when managing complex assignments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to lead cross-functional teams regionally and globally.
• Robust negotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategically.
• Robust communication skills required, interfacing with all levels of management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage changes during the evolution of the part from SOP through end of life with focus on economic impact to the part and within program timing.
• Lead negotiator on engineering changes with the supplier, confirm supplier cost and review cost and timing to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead liaison for the supplier on engineering changes, setup meetings with key internal stakeholders and suppliers to remove roadblocks.
• Analyze supplier provided pictures and documentation, interact with suppliers to provide direct instructions and timely feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Purchasing and Program timing deliverables are met.
• Negotiate supplier's economic impacts and manage Cost Collaboration with supplier under timing constraint.
