Stellantis is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee new, mid-cycle and carryover vehicle programs in North America and affiliates outside NA. You will drive quality milestones, PPAP, containment and root cause analysis with suppliers, and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Purchasing.

You will develop status updates for senior leadership, lead multiple cross-functional teams, and ensure effective communication across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, Aeronautical, Biomedical, Biomechanical, Bioengineering, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Mechatronics
• 5 or more years of work experience in Supplier Quality, Product Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 20% within the NA region and globally as required
• Strong knowledge in Power BI
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Must have program management work experience.
• Demonstrate skills in cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrate ability to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with customers at multiple levels, including those external to the organization
• Bilingual (Eng-Span)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the collection, coordinate and present program level status updates on Supplier Quality activities for designated programs.
• Work with suppliers and STELLANTIS plant personnel to manage the containment and root cause analysis studies being coordinated at the STELLANTIS manufacturing facility.
• Educate STELLANTIS plant staff on STELLANTIS Supplier Quality systems as required.
• Manage Supplier Quality program reporting requirements for program reviews.
• Manage program risk assessment summaries.
• Manage the production part approval process (PPAP) for running changes as needed on current production programs.
• Facilitate the funding and deployment of safe launch strategies/problem resolution reviews and facilitate early sourcing process and supplier selection.
