Flowserve Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist Ancillary Equipment to oversee supplier performance and risk management for assigned suppliers. You will monitor delivery, quality and competitiveness; drive corrective actions; and collaborate across functions to minimize risk while ensuring compliance with Flowserve policies.

This role requires strong MS Office and Power BI skills, and experience in procurement, sourcing and category management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / procurement.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management.
• Analytical skills to collect, analyze and interpret data.
• Influence and communicate across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing and category management.
• Project management skills; can work across time zones.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Knowledgeable in procurement for Controls, Electronics, Instrumentation and IoT items.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor supplier performance around delivery, quality and competitiveness; implement corrective actions when performance is less than acceptable.
• Monitor supplier health and overall risk, including capacity and financial solvency; advise internal actions and mitigation.
• Facilitate root-cause corrective actions for performance issues.
• Coordinate supplier escalations and risks via appropriate channels.
• Collect required data per reporting/regulatory needs.
• Support the business for supplier claims related to warranty and damages.
• Prepare, chair and follow up on supplier business review meetings (MOM).
• Monitor spend against AVL and Roadmap set by Category Management.
• Periodic review with Supplier Performance Group and Category Management on reports.
• Operate in full compliance with Flowserve policies and procedures.
