Flowserve is seeking a Hub Procurement Lead to oversee regional supply chain activities, driving procure-to-pay for direct and indirect spend while coordinating with Sourcing teams to meet cost, quality and delivery goals.

You will manage a team of procurement specialists, ensure ERP accuracy, and contribute to AOP/STRAP with spend and savings insights. The role requires strong leadership and international collaboration.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal relationship management
• Understanding of commercial and technical aspects of supply chain
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Great Plains)
• Geographically mobile for development opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the supply chain function within their assigned scope with focus on supporting operations.
• Ensure sourcing and procurement activities meet time, quality, and cost targets.
• Keep ERP data up to date (item master, supplier master, POs).
• Develop inputs for AOP and STRAP focusing on spend and savings.
• Identify opportunities to increase spend under contract and rationalize the supply base.
• Identify supplier risks and elevate through proper channels.
• Coordinate supplier negotiations for warranties and liquidated damages.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Flowserve policies.
