ROSEN Mexico is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Mexico City to manage end-to-end procurement, create purchase orders in SAP, and maintain material masters.

You will monitor supplier performance, negotiate cost-saving opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders and Finance, and ensure procedures are followed. The role also includes training teammates and generating spend reports to inform leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM preferred.
• 3–4 years procurement experience.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create purchase orders from requisitions in SAP.
• Track vendor delivery, service, and quality performance.
• Maintain SAP material masters for API Q1 compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost savings.
• Generate spend reports and support sourcing and contract processes.
