Daikin Manufacturing Mexico is hiring a procurement specialist to plan, coordinate and execute the purchasing of materials, components and services for its operations. You will establish robust supplier relationships, track inventory levels and align with internal departments to meet demand, quality, and budget targets.

In this role you will drive cost-saving opportunities, verify invoices, and ensure timely delivery while supporting production and administrative continuity.

Formación

• Plan, coordinate and execute procurement for materials, components and services to meet timely, quality and budget needs.
• Build strong supplier relationships and coordinate with internal departments to track inventory and demand.
• Contribute to operational efficiency, financial control, and continuity of production and admin ops.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor the Management System to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Process material requisitions, request quotes, issue POs and follow up until delivery.
• Monitor open orders, delivery dates and invoicing, ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and discounts to achieve sustainable savings.
