The manufacturing Senior Engineer is responsible for developing, documenting and improving productive processes and manufacturing projects, establishing productive process routes in Oracle, coordinating Kaizen events that continuously improve productive processes, developing autonomous maintenance for the equipment required for the manufacture of the product, training operational personnel in the appropriate methods for manufacturing products, supervising and carrying out manufacturing projects, preparing and managing capital budgets, as well as integrating strategic plans, in order to ensure that product specifications and manufacturing projects are successfully implemented, as well as meeting safety standards for operational personnel on the production floor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Eng. Electric Eng. Mechanic Eng Mechatronic Eng. or related.
• 4 + years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of ERP, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Lean Manufacturing, projects, Root Cause Analysis.
• Creative mentality, innovative spirit, Proactive and task-oriented profile.
