ABB is seeking a senior supply planning professional to lead site planning, inventory control, and resource management in Ramos Arizpe. You will drive initiatives to improve on-time delivery and lead times, ensuring alignment with the overall inventory and supply plan in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 8+ years in planning and logistics, plus strong SAP and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

8+ years of planning, fulfillment, and logistics experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally; a U.S. visa and passport preferred.
APICS certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Owning the site supply planning process.
Providing visibility of supply capacity into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
Running a short-term planning or S&OE process, ensuring alignment between planning and execution.
Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, coordinating with business functions and Supply units.
