Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Manager, Innovation & Integration, PCS to drive strategic initiatives around portfolio expansion, partnerships, and integration activities. You will support financial analyses, due diligence, and business case development for deals, while collaborating with Project Management, Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal to streamline deal execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic partnerships, clinical research, or related fields.
• Advanced business English proficiency.
• Experience supporting negotiations and stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence activities related to potential partnership, acquisition, licensing, and investment opportunities.
• Develop clear, data-driven business cases to support strategic investment and business decisions.
• Support the development of high-level financial analyses and assumptions used in financial models.
• Support hiring managers and business leaders during negotiations and deal-closing activities.
• Contribute to initiatives supporting the expansion of the COA portfolio through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
• Support content development activities that enable the commercialization of the COA portfolio.
• Assist in the development and implementation of processes supporting the micro-transactions strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Project Management, Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal, to support deal execution.
• Analyze information and provide insights to support strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to innovation and integration-related initiatives within PCS.
• Support operational activities associated with active and prospective opportunities.
