Job summary

IQVIA Inc in Mexico City is seeking an Associate within the Strategy Consulting Team to help life sciences clients address key business questions through research and analysis. You will develop recommendations and bespoke solutions, respond to client needs, and support workshops and meetings with professional, data-driven insights.

English fluency is essential, and availability to travel to the Mexico City office 2-3 times per week is required as you collaborate with international teams on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–4 years of business experience in a consulting or healthcare environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English for collaborating with international teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to design creative solutions for clients.
• Conduct desk research using advanced tools to support project development.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist with planning and execution of client workshops and meetings.
• Create compelling presentations, reports, and client deliverables under expert supervision.
• Build professional relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.
