Ford México is seeking a hands-on, collaborative PMO/Operations Coordinator to partner with the GBS Center Lead. You will translate business priorities into practical actions, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support governance initiatives in a structured manner.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in consulting or business operations, strong Excel/PowerPoint/data analysis skills, and experience in client-facing environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Finance, Communications, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy support, project coordination, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in a Big Four or similar consulting environment preferred.
• Experience interacting directly with clients or senior stakeholders and supporting delivery in structured environments.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis; familiarity with project tracking, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Support: Translate leadership priorities into clear action plans and follow-up items, including initiatives like Business Continuity and Work-to-Office models.
• Operational & Financial Support: Monitor budgets, follow up on supplier and sourcing activities, and support process improvements to boost efficiency.
• People & Culture: Contribute to employee engagement and communication initiatives that promote collaboration and alignment.
• Executive Liaison: Support logistics, agendas, and coordination for visits from global leaders and internal communications.
• Project Coordination & PMO: Track high-priority cross-functional initiatives, support project execution, and ensure timely progress across key workstreams.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
